24h measurement of your Heart Rate Variability with all Bluetooth sensors like Polar, Suunto etc., but also the Autonom Health system.

Thanks to the integrated memory, the Autonom Health sensor sends data even while swimming, diving, climbing, sleeping and whenever you want to be without your smartphone.

The self-explanatory user interface supports the recording of your activities.
Your ECG data – measured a 1.000 times per second – reveal in real time your HRV, your pulse and your performance. You even get comparative values with your peer group.

On demand, your personal health coach informs you whenever you get tired or exhausted. And you´ll be rewarded when you are performing well or experiencing an effective regeneration phase.

Our smart multiple-data filter takes care of possible artefacts or interferences of your heart rhythm so that they don´t affect the analysis.

Multiple self-learning algorithms and the database of more than 30.000 HRV-long term-measurements precisely analyze your current health status and your performance potential. It shows how you can handle stress and reveals your current burnout resistance. You´ll get to know your actual biological age and an evaluation of the most important lifestyle factors. How good is your sleep actually? How effective are your breaks? How is your physical and mental performance? How good do you feel during and after eating?

Graphics and analysis data exactly show what provides or costs energy during work and leisure time.
When and in what extent you are either exhausted, tired, tense, medium, good, very good or “in the flow” during activities like computer work, phone calls, real communication, reading and other mental activities.
How you encumber during walking, biking, housework and with physical exercise in general.
Whether your training is actually in the right range: Regenerative? Stabilizing? Effective? Or in the threshold?
